Delivery Options

Standard Delivery 

You will receive your order in approximately 3-7 working days. If you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact us at orders@villalane.com.au.

Standard deliveries are charged at the below flat rates:

Small Parcel $15.00

Medium Package $60.00

Large Package $110.00

We use a variety of courier services to deliver your goods. Our rates are set considering the volumetric size of the package.

*Please note that orders being shipped to remote areas may require additional postage costs.

Authority to Leave 'ATL'

By ticking this shipping method at checkout you give the delivery driver permission to leave your parcel at your front door or alternate safe location on the premises. When selecting ATL, Villa Lane will not be not liable for any stolen/missing goods.

Signature Required

By ticking this shipping method at checkout you agree a signature must be obtained in order for the delivery driver to leave the parcel on site. By ticking this shipping method you acknowledge that if you are not home to receive and sign for your parcel additional redelivery costs will be incurred at your expense.

Over-Sized Item Delivery

Delivery of over-sized items that require a specialised courier service will be charged separately. Shipping must be paid on over-sized items before your order is sent out. Please contact us for a quote if you would like to purchase an over-sized item at hello@villalane.com.au. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for a shipping quote to be sent out. Over-sized goods will be dispatched within 1-2 working days after your shipping quote has been received, accepted & paid.

You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. It would be greatly appreciated if your order is collected within 2 business days.

 

Online Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Villa Lane purchase, if you need to exchange or return an item in original condition you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order, to receive an exchange or store credit. For change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. If you have any questions about returning an item simply email us at orders@villalane.com.au.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@villalane.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

Villa Lane is committed to providing quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time-frames are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund.

Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on any of your personal details. We simply use this information to identify your orders and provide you with our regular emails (if applicable).
